How will my cherries arrive?
Your cherries will arrive delivered directly to your door via courier, packed in a sturdy cardboard box. Cherries have a short shelf life and deteriorate quickly if not stored in the correct conditions. If they are left out in the heat they will begin to perish far quicker than if they are stored in the cool. For maximum shelf life, it is best to store them in your fridge within the plastic bag they arrived in.
How long will my cherry order take to arrive?
All orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-3 business days for free standard delivery option. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location and our delivery schedule. Please find below list as a general guide:

We will try our best to arrange specific delivery times for delivery. Cherry will be left at the front door if the premise is left unattended unless specified otherwise. Cherry that cannot be left safely may incur an additional delivery fee.

How much is the cherry delivery cost?
All our cherry delivery is free of cost. You can choose to upgrade to the express delivery service with additional cost as below:
Additional $10 for delivery within 1 business day from the day placing order.
Additional $30 for instant delivery, which could take up to 4 hours depending on your location and the preparation process.
Refunds
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind reason. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to do so 3 days prior to the next available delivery day. If you have changed your mind, you will receive a store credit to our online store on cherryhill.com.au. To manage changes you will need to login to your member login, if you don’t have a login please email info@cherrysales.com.au. No changes can be accommodated within 3 days of delivery. Claim for cherry quality
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any of your Products, you must inform us of the relevant issue within twelve (12) hours of delivery or collection being completed, so that we can investigate your Claim.
